Our client, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agency in Germany, looking for an Online Marketing Team Lead to join their office in Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of the division in cooperation with the management – process optimization, KPI development, training and know-how transfer
- Team management – regular feedback discussions, utilization monitoring, employee development and recruiting discussions
- Project management and customer communication – coordination with the customer, transfer of the subprojects to your team, monitoring and quality control of the result
- Collaboration with the adjacent departments – SEO consulting, sales, content, SEA, HR and BI
Requirements:
- Min. 1-year people management experience
- Previous experience with at least one online marketing channel- preferably more
- Good understanding of sales – you should know what customers want
- Strategic, forward thinking and desire to develop you and your team further
- Very structured, cooperative and efficient way of working
- Very good time management skills
- You are fluent in German and English
