Role & Responsibilities:
- Will be involved in sourcing resumes for all our German requirements.
- Work closely with Recruitment/Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements
- Will focus on Market intelligence & Market mapping
- Maintaining various reports on job board analysis, KPI, End-day reports, Monthly reports.
- Maintain end to end recruitment process (interviewing candidates, technical interviews, Salary negotiations).
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in Human Resources from a premier college.
Skills & Compentencies:
- Good exposure towards Job boards & Social networking sites.
- German Language is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- High initiative, drive & customer orientation
- Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems
- Ability to work with diverse teams and good cultural awareness
