Your Tasks
- You are responsible for operating the IT Helpdesk, including security operations
- You manage a team of 4, including training & development, disciplinary and administrative actions
- You improve IT services for enhanced customer satisfaction
- You develop the IT Helpdesk function
- You expand the IT Helpdesk services; further developing the IT Helpdesk services
- You implement ITIL conform processes with built- in quality
- You manage outsourcing supplier
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Business Information Systems, Informatics, or comparable focus
- You show a high level of service orientation, team competence, independence, organized work style – service delivery is in your DNA
- You have at least 2 year of leadership experience in a comparable field
- You have excellent language skills in English, German is a plus
- You have working skills in establishing, optimizing and executing IT Helpdesk services, using your skills in ITIL or a comparable methodology
- You have 3 years relevant job experience
- You have strong communication skills and are confident in dealing with relevant stakeholders
