So1 creates a new marketing channel in the consumer goods industry. This channel allows manufacturers and retailers to target consumers with personalized price discounts. By analyzing the consumers purchase history we derive exactly the right impulse (time + product + discount) that makes a specific consumer switch from one product to another.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Together with a small but awesome team you will develop new techniques and algorithms that help us to truly understand and efficiently influence consumer behaviour.
You will enhance the team’s capabilities by your extensive machine learning know how.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must haves:
- Self starter who is keen on cracking the next problem
- Excellent machine learning skills proven in real life projects
- Excellent Python, C or C++ skills
- Ability to translate mathematical operations into scalable and efficient code
- Working technologies: Git, Linux, agile development and database know how
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in R
- CUDA experience
- EC2 and RDS experience
