We empower smart, digital quality checks! Our SaaS solution enables companies to control, analyze and improve the workflow of inspections and audits. We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and pragmatic Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d) to join our company.

The Role

  • You will work at all levels of the stack, from AWS+PHP+SQL to Vue+HTML+CSS.
  • You will take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining core product features, end to end.
  • You will be heavily involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from concept to deployment.
  • You will design and architect complex new systems, focusing not only on performance and scalability but also on crafting a beautiful user experience.
  • You will build high-quality and sustainable code that renders excellent user experience.
  • You will be working on a dynamic product that is changing and evolving rapidly.

Your Skills

  • You display strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
  • You are eager to jump in the MySQL query execution plan to see why the queries take too long, and optimising it.
  • You know why multi column MySQL indexes work from left to right.
  • You know when and what to eager load to avoid n+1 queries.
  • You know why it’s a bad idea to just increase the allowed memory when PHP throws a memory exhausted error.
  • You are comfortable picking up new stacks and choosing the right tool to get the job done.
  • You understand that quality is down to everybody. Writing unit and integration tests is a given for you.
  • You show maturity in tradeoffs, make sound decisions, and plan well.
  • You prefer impact over speed and are business outcome-driven.
  • You like to innovate, experiment, and run with ideas as well as eager to experiment and fail fast.
  • You are a team player, strong communication skills, and empathy.
  • You are fluent in English and eager to work in a multicultural, international environment.
  • You are an empathetic person with a big appetite for success.
  • You are experienced in building a web application from scratch.
  • You are comfortable with all (okay, most) technologies from our stack.
    • PHP7
    • MySQL, Redis
    • Vuex
  • You are excellent with Laravel, Lumen and Vue.
