Our Company
Gastrofix has developed a revolutionary, cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) system for Apple iPad and iPod. The cash register covers the whole hospitality industry from restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries up to franchise chains. We already sold thousands of POS systems in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Norway and USA and we are growing fast!
Who we are looking for
We are growing our team at our headquarters in Berlin and are looking for an experienced Python Developer (m/f) for our cloud API development.
Your job
- Agile software development in cross-functional scrum teams
- Develop, document and maintain generic and customer-specific APIs
- Improve our SOA driven generic APIs
Your profile
- Bachelor of computer science or similar qualification
- At least 2 years of work experience with JAVA
- Experience with CherryPy und Django
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL
- Knowledge about WSO2 API Publisher would be a benefit
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, GIT, JSON/REST API
- Experience in team-based projects with 5-10 team members
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
