We’re looking for a Conversion Optimisation Manager to lead and drive the execution of our website optimisation and testing programme. This role will directly help us increase conversion and customer satisfaction. Working within Product Management you will be responsible for A/B and multivariate testing, personalization elements of behavioural and contextual targeting and recommendations targeting.
 
Your Tasks:
 
As the ‘go to’ person for optimisation and personalisation you will create and maintain detailed documentation of these processes as well as instilling rigour in testing.

  • You’ll own our optimization roadmap, and gain alignment from senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll identify where the opportunities are through both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You’ll have an eye for UX, and eye for what’s technically possible and an eye on the overall Product Roadmap and company goals, you’ll need to skilfully execute within all of these.
  • You’ll work closely with our Product Managers and Engineers to build tests, and then to deploy winning experiences into the main application.
  • You’ll optimize web, responsive web and mobile apps. You’ll be great at prioritizing what to do and when.
  • You will assist our PR team in market specific campaigns and events.

 
Your Profile:

  • You have experience in using testing and analytics tools.
  • You have experience in A/B and multivariate testing and a working knowledge of (though not necessarily an expert in) front-end web design.
  • Influencing and communication skills are critical to the success of this role as you will lead projects with colleagues at all levels.
  • Work closely with the BI team and external agencies to ensure optimal customer targeting through data and insight.
  • A proven track record of driving significant business benefit from a/b testing, behavioral targeting and personalization techniques to increase sales.
  • Above all else you’ll love data, and know how to use large data sets to tell a story.
