We are searching  for an analytical individual, attentive to details, a people’s person. Someone who can think quickly and learn on the go – to join us as the:

Operations manager

What will you be doing?

  • Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

  • Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

  • Helping develop Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.

  • Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

  • Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.

  • Organization of fiscal documents.

  • Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.

What we expect you to have :

  • BA or master’s degree with 3-4 years experience in a similar role

  • Strong written skills & experience in a business environment

  • Public presentation skills are a must

  • Interested in B2C marketing and e-Commerce. Understanding of the fin-tech niche is an asset

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive, detail-minded

  • German native or near-native and fluent English, both verbal and written
