For this role, fluency in both German and English is preferred but not required.

Role:

  • You help grow the startup, in a well-structured manner, at top speed

  • In case you do well in the highly-selective process, you directly report to the CTO (irrespective of how inexperienced you may be) and significantly contribute to building and shaping the product as well as the respective Product & IT departments

Requirements:

  • Fluent with Rails 4 and experience other relevant backend technologies

  • Strong conceptual skills, excitement about conceptional tasks and focus on good architecture while being eager to deliver quickly

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS and JS/jQuery, ideally good background in at least one state-of-the-art framework (e.g. AngularJS)

  • Experience and motivation for DevOps tasks

  • Highly motivated to add knowledge

  • Stellar track record of academic (top ~5% of your class) and professional achievements
