Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and directly with founders to build the Marketing department of a fast growing startup
  • Develop the Marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales department to ensure that lead quality and quantity are in line with company expectations
  • Responsible to generate leads through online and offline channels, in particular Facebook, Google, and other Paid Channels
  • Responsible for the creative side of Marketing
  • Building and managing the Marketing team, i.e. graphic designers and content creators
  • Use performance analytics to understand every step of the conversion funnel and to independently optimize its various steps
  • Conduct experiments in new lead acquisition channels, both online and offline
  • Select, manage, and optimize the suite of tools, metrics, and processes used in the various Marketing channels

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a top university with excellent results
  • Previous work experience in both highly analytical and creative environments
  • Relevant work experience in leading a Marketing department in a Startup
  • Excellent at both the analytical, performance side of Marketing as well as the creative side
  • Solid understanding of the tools and processes required to build a successful conversion funnel
  • You are a great project and team manager, leading people with very different backgrounds and tasks
  • You love experiments to find out new approaches to Marketing and to Identify new lead generation channels
  • You are fluent in German and English
