Jobbeschreibung

Design and development of all database internal functionality such asschema, functions and materialized views of new features and products incooperation with our software development teams.
Performance tuning, optimization and scaling.
Administration and operation of customer’s scenario planning databasessuch as backup, maintenance, time schedules, updates and migrations.
Setup and configuration of new database servers for new customers.
Documentation of database schema, procedures and processes.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role – sound knowledge ofrelational and/or analytical database systems (Oracle)
High level of SQL, PL/SQL understanding and experience – EnterpriseManager, RMAN and Liquibase an advantage
Familiarity of database technology and performance includingparallelizing, partitioning and replication – Active Data Guard or GoldenGateis a plus
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, reliable, willing to work in a team
ExcellentEnglish skills, German an advantage
