Our vision is to build the first pan-european bank. This year our main focus will be our international expansion. In order to do so, we are looking for a General Manager Spain based in Berlin.
YOUR ROLE
- Your are responsible for the operational setup and development of NUMBER26 in the Spanish market
- You source and establish strategic cooperations and partnerships in order to ensure the company’s success and act as the main contact person for our partners (partner bank, MasterCard etc.) as well as our service providers
- You set up the branding for NUMBER26 in Spain in order to successfully attract and win new customers in the Spanish market. You develop e.g. country specific marketing campaigns with our marketing department and manage the country specific media contacts
- You optimize the NUMBER26 product for our Spanish end customers
- You negotiate contracts with service providers and banks
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully graduated from a top university or business school majoring in Business administration or similar
- 5-8 years of professional experience at a top management consulting firm with focus on Operations/Marketing and/or a fast growing startup tech company
- You have a proper understanding of banking- and card transactions and experience in the FinTech-area, online environment and/or banking
- Working experience in Spain is a must
- You are 100% fluent in Spanish and English, German is a plus
- You have managed projects successfully and have proven your management and leadership skills
- You come with a strong hands-on mentality and stress resistance
