We are looking for a charismatic

Partner Manager

to join our Hamburg team full-time.

Our partners are critical for our success.

We are partnering with large enterprises and innovative tech startups alike, which makes the Partner Manager position highly valuable for us. This is why we are looking for someone we can rely on, a self responsible, driven individual to work with existing partners and acquire new ones.

You will work closely with management, product and marketing teams in a high growth, challenging environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define work scope together with partners and manage projects across different countries

  • Communicate with IT and Marketing managers for coding and business activities across different countries

  • Build and keep long term trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the partner community (banks, insurances, financial institutions, tech companies).

  • Advocate and represent the value of the company’s solution portfolio to a broad and diverse range of prospective or existing partners

  • Identify and acquire new opportunities with a distinctive hunter mentality and using Key Account Management capabilities

  • Maximize revenue potential in the worldwide Enterprise market directly and in collaboration with The company’s partners and the team

  • Target key players in the market segment to ensure strong referencability

  • Engage successfully with top accounts in Europe and worldwide offices.

  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from identifying a prospect through to successful closure

  • Engage and develop strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community and partner community

  • Drive customer success through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the company’s value proposition within those customer communities

  •   Participate and act as spokesperson in trade show events, workshops and seminars as appropriate for the segment

What we expect you to have:


• A University degree (MBA, BA, Engineer)

• Preferable experience in IT consultancy

• Lead responsibility experience

• Strong presentation skills

• High resiliency

• Extensive experience in an international environment is a plus

• Fluent in English and German
