Senior Client Services Manager
Fyber is looking for an experienced and hands-on team player, who wants to join our team to raise the status quo with one of the fastest growing global players in Ad Tech, working in the team of the RTB Client Service Managers.
In this role you will be managing the integration of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) for Fyber RTB clients.
Your Role:
- Hands-on Ad Ops activities for clients (in general a self-service tool)
- Client services (incl. onboarding, optimization, technical integration, trouble shooting) for clients such as media networks and publishers
- Support our clients during onboarding into our platform and proactively help with optimizing their revenue
- Standard and non-standard integration of DSPs from the manual testing to the live integration and roll out in production
- Actively manage ongoing queries (2nd level support) and keep up communication with clients and account management teams during resolution
- Continuously help to improve the operational workflow within the solution engineering organization by improving documentation, ticketing and prioritization processes
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational background or working experience
- RTB knowledge and first work experience on desktop
- Experience working with programmatic and ad server solutions(DFP, DoubleClick)
- Solid work experience with mobile & web technologies (JavaScript, HTML)
- Solid understanding of VAST and VPAID
- Understanding of the adtech industry and market place
- Fluent business communication in English, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset and well-structured way of working
